Hello! I’m Nici, a proud alumnus of NIFT Fashion Design, hailing from the vibrant city of Mumbai. My passion for clothes and styling has been a lifelong journey. I have grown up watching Hindi films and remember Neelam, Usha Uthup and Bappi Lahiri as being my ultimate style icons.
My earliest memories of noticing fashion trends go back to reading Archie comics, where I used to sketch imaginative outfits for Betty and Veronica.
This creative journey ignited a spark in me that led to a fulfilling career as a stylist, with 25 years of experience in television and advertising.
As a stylist I noticed that sarees were often available in very traditional forms, lacking the fun and quirkiness that many seek. Many times, I had to create my own designs to meet the demand for unique and stylish sarees. That’s when I saw an opportunity to turn these six yards of fabric into a celebration, occasion or no occasion.
Our motto: Must wear sarees, must climb trees. We believe in the ease and versatility of this magical drape that allows each individual to make it their own. At our brand, we offer an array of designs and styles, ranging from everyday mul cottons to handcrafted festive wear and exquisite wedding finery that allows you to celebrate you, something that requires no occasion at all.
Today, at the brand we are dedicated to offering sarees that are not only trendy and unique but also accessible and affordable, ensuring that everyone can express their individual style and tell a story.
