Returns will only be accepted in the case of a manufacturing defect or dispatch of incorrect item. The exchange/ return facility can be availed only once. 

 

In the unlikely event that your merchandise arrives damaged, you should email us photos of the damaged product at bynici24@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving your order. Please retain the original packaging (along with price tags, invoices, labels etc.) 

 

After receiving your request, we will review it and, within 5 working days, send you an authorization for return/exchange. Once we receive the product it will be examined by the quality team and if we find that the issue(s) you have raised is correct, we will initiate the refund/exchange. If you opt for a refund, it will take up to 7 working days to get it credited to your bank account.

Please note that while our intent is to capture the product colour as accurately as possible, minor colour variations in the website picture and the product you receive may occur. This could be because of light settings, angle of picture and nature of fabric. This does not form grounds for a return.

All custom-made orders are non-returnable. Items bought during sale are non-returnable.
